Business Development Manager

The client company is a Portuguese, top tier product and engineering studio working with some of the best USA based investors and startups. As the Business Development Manager, you will be working alongside the CEO and all project managers. You will be responsible for managing all inbound leads and ensure an exceptional level of service to all customers, from initial contact to project closing. You will be a key element for the sustainable growth of the company by driving new business opportunities and prepare new clients for success.

In more detail, this is what you will be doing:
  • Manage, organize, respond and engage to inbound business leads;
  • Keep a sales pipeline organized at all times and deliver metrics when requested;
  • Actively search the market for key insights and deliver briefs as regularly as necessary;
  • Manage commercial and long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring all clients needs and service levels are measured and met;
  • Actively partner and align with project managers and product owners to ensure the overall success of client projects;
  • Coordinate estimation and pricing efforts for new projects and initiatives;
  • Review/prepare terms & conditions as well as other legal documentation with clients;
  • Participate in events (offline or online) and be able to pitch Pixelmatters;
What do we look for:
  • Experience in B2B sales, both lead generation and account management, in remote setup - the more diverse experience, the better;
  • Experience in digital service, technology or product company;
  • Native or fluent English speaker;
  • Above-average copywriting skills and written communication;
  • Understanding of modern sales frameworks/pipelines and methodologies;
