As a Business Development Specialist at Simpler Jobs you’ll have the opportunity to:

Strategically target and sell our staffing solution

Develop and close new business to both new and existing customers and prospects.

Serve as the relationship manager to our highest value clients, increase client retention and drive additional sales throughout the organization

Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field

Maintains monthly minimum goals

Completes market research and monitors competitor activity

Use a consultative approach to diagnose our customer’s needs

Communicate our value proposition and conduct product demonstrations

Collaborate with management to keep Executive Leadership up to date on marketplace dynamics

Qualifications:

You’ve Got What It Takes if You Have:

Strategic selling skills – create a business plan, assess territories, qualify targets and prioritize sales efforts

Demonstrated achievement in business to business sales

Basic understanding of the industry with the ability to become a subject matter expert

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Innovation and problem-solving skills

Strong consultative sales skills. That include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Independent person with entrepreneurial spirit

Ability to meet financial and goal minimums and deadlines

Patience to cold call and get past gatekeepers

Ability to deal with customer issues calls that do not end in a sale

Motivation skills and positive attitude

How Will You Be Paid?

You will be paid a salary of 60,000 annually in addition to a flat fee for each company you convert. Salary goes into effect after closing 3 deals. Often companies require the services of multiple individuals in which case you will receive that flat fee for each person.

We offer uncapped commission, so your earning potential is up to you. You will receive monthly increases and bonuses based on how many you place and convert.
